"Whatever Rotary may mean to us, to the world it will be known by the results it achieves." -Paul Harris, Founder of Rotary

WHO WE ARE:

We are neighbors, community leaders, and global citizens uniting for the common good.

The Oregon-Northwood Rotary is one of 64 Clubs in District 6600 and is one of over 33,000 clubs in the world, part of Rotary International. Rotary International is a worldwide service organization of 1.2 million business professionals, both men and women, from all industries sharing a common goal of service in the community living by the motto of "Service Above Self."  Our Rotary Club addresses social and health issues like illiteracy, homelessness, hunger, poverty, and educational needs. Each year, we send students from Oregon and Northwood Schools to the Challenger Learning Center to complete educational space missions!

We make monetary donations to various local charities each year. We support children's literacy projects and other missions close to the heart of the club. We have also given thousands of dollars to Rotary International for all their various projects, including the eradication of polio.

Together, we make a difference.
